Order processing time
Most orders are dispatched the same day if received before 5 pm. Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, delivery may be delayed by a day. If there’s a significant delay, we’ll contact you by email or phone.
Delivery rates & estimates
Delivery is €0.00 for orders of €49 and over, and €4.50 for smaller orders.
Remote areas
While delivery times are generally uniform across Ireland, orders to remote rural, highland or island areas may occasionally take a little longer.
